Sounddesign for advertisement for the Danish War Museum

About the project

This project was a collaboration with the second-year students at The Animation Workshop. They had to create a short animation for the War Museum in Denmark. We were then asked in groups of three to create the sound for the animation. They wanted the general tone of voice to be cute and playful.

One of my group member, Bjarke Illum, played the guitar and sang, while I afterwards added sound design, using synthesis to tie everything together.

We also recorded a lot of foley in order to make the animation more tactile. The ambiences were intended to reflect the four seasons, symbolizing the time it would take for a helmet to be crafted.
