About the project
At some point at Sonic College, in groups, you have to come up with an idea for a podcast series. First you’ll have to discuss who your targeted audience will be, and which client might be interested in buying your podcast.
We wanted to investigate the influence of pornography, and talk about the both positive, as well as the negative perspectives. Our audience was young, coming of age people, and the client was Sex & Samfund.
To make the listenener experience more engaging and make it so that there is something at risk, and not just talk, one of our group members became the protagonist. He then had the mission to see, how pornography had influenced him personally.
In order for the theme to driven forward, we chose dialogical as the narrater method . Also so the listener wouldn’t think of it as taboo.
Furthermore we all ought to make a trailer for the podcast. Since I thought that P3 would be a possible radio channel for the podcast to be aired, I chose so pace it up, and make it sound modern.
My role in this project was to do hands-on editing in Pro Tools and make sure the sentences flowed naturally. Furthermore, I was responsible for most of the music written for this podcast episode, including the theme music.
